How do you keep going after 12 rejections? - 10 months and counting

After a layoff as a barista I am finding mornings difficult. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. What helps you on bad days?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 10 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
