How do you keep going after 11 rejections? - what worked for you?

I sent 11 applications and heard nothing back, and I am running low on energy. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. Did it pass?

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.
