How do you keep going after 11 rejections? (update)

After a layoff as a payroll clerk I am finding mornings difficult. There are 11 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. What helps you on bad days?

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.
