How do you keep going after 11 rejections? after 11 years as a sales associate

After a layoff as a sales associate I am finding mornings difficult. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. Did it pass?

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
