How do you keep going after 11 rejections? after 11 years as a mechanic

I sent 11 applications and heard nothing back, and I am running low on energy. I worked as a mechanic before this. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. What helps you on bad days?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 11 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
