How do you keep going after 11 rejections? after 11 years as a copywriter

After a layoff as a copywriter I am finding mornings difficult. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people.

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
