How do you keep going after 11 rejections? - 8 weeks in

I sent 11 applications and heard nothing back, and I am running low on energy. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. Is it worth talking to someone?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 14 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
