How do you keep going after 11 rejections? - 14 weeks in

After a layoff as a retail manager I am finding mornings difficult. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. What helps you on bad days?

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.
