How do you keep going after 11 rejections? - 14 months and counting

After a layoff as a medical assistant I am finding mornings difficult. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
