How do you keep going after 11 rejections? - 11 months and counting

After a layoff as an electrician's helper I am finding mornings difficult. I do not want to burden my family. Is it worth talking to someone?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
