How do you keep going after 10 rejections? - what worked for you?

I have been out of work for 6 weeks and this week has been the hardest. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I do not want to burden my family. What helps you on bad days?

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.
