How do you keep going after 10 rejections? (update)

I have been out of work for 23 weeks and this week has been the hardest. I worked as a school bus driver before this. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. What helps you on bad days?

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.
