How do you keep going after 10 rejections? (Milwaukee)

I have been out of work for 24 weeks and this week has been the hardest. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. What helps you on bad days?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
