How do you keep going after 10 rejections? (Little Rock)

I sent 10 applications and heard nothing back, and I am running low on energy. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. What helps you on bad days?

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.
