How do you keep going after 10 rejections?, bookkeeper here

After a layoff as a bookkeeper I am finding mornings difficult. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. Did it pass?

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
