How do you keep going after 10 rejections? - any advice?

I have been out of work for 5 weeks and this week has been the hardest. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. Did it pass?

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.
