How do you keep going after 10 rejections? after 10 years as a teaching assistant

After a layoff as a teaching assistant I am finding mornings difficult. Thank you in advance. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. What helps you on bad days?

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.
