How do you keep going after 10 rejections? after 10 years as a school bus driver

After a layoff as a school bus driver I am finding mornings difficult. I do not want to burden my family.

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
