How do you keep going after 10 rejections? after 10 years as a line cook

After a layoff as a line cook I am finding mornings difficult. Thank you in advance. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. What helps you on bad days?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
