How do you keep going after 10 rejections? after 10 years as a barista

After a layoff as a barista I am finding mornings difficult. I worked as a barista before this. I do not want to burden my family. Did it pass?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.
