How do you keep going after 10 rejections? - 4 weeks in

I sent 10 applications and heard nothing back, and I am running low on energy. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. Did it pass?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
