How do I tell my family about the layoff?, pharmacy technician here

My spouse does not know yet that I was let go as a pharmacy technician. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I feel ashamed even though the company cut a whole team.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
