My spouse does not know yet that I was let go as a janitorial supervisor. I am in Hartford, in case local advice matters. Bills are coming up and I cannot keep this quiet. What did you say?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
