How do I explain a layoff in interviews? - what worked for you?

I have an interview next week and I am unsure how to explain why I left my last job as a delivery driver. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I do not want to blame the company. Do you mention numbers?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
