How do I explain a layoff in interviews? (Honolulu)

My whole team was cut and I want to say it calmly. There are 6 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I do not want to blame the company. Do they ask follow-ups?

Say it plainly and move on to what you can do. Interviewers usually move on if you do.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
