How do I explain a layoff in interviews? - first time posting

I have an interview next week and I am unsure how to explain why I left my last job as a machine operator. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I do not want to blame the company. Do they ask follow-ups?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
