How do I explain a layoff in interviews? - any advice?

I have an interview next week and I am unsure how to explain why I left my last job as a data-entry clerk. It has been a long 20 weeks. I have been practising in the mirror.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
