How do I explain a layoff in interviews? after 4 years as an administrative assistant

I have an interview next week and I am unsure how to explain why I left my last job as an administrative assistant. I also do not want to seem like a risk.

Say it plainly and move on to what you can do. Interviewers usually move on if you do.

I keep it to two sentences: the company cut my team, and here is what I am proud of and what I am looking for next.
