How do I explain a layoff in interviews? - 15 weeks in

I have an interview next week and I am unsure how to explain why I left my last job as a marketing coordinator. There are 15 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I also do not want to seem like a risk. What do you say?

I keep it to two sentences: the company cut my team, and here is what I am proud of and what I am looking for next.
