Explaining a layoff without sounding bitter after 3 years as a warehouse supervisor

My whole team was cut and I want to say it calmly. It has been a long 6 weeks. I also do not want to seem like a risk.

Say it plainly and move on to what you can do. Interviewers usually move on if you do.
