Explaining a layoff without sounding bitter after 15 years as an electrician's helper

My whole team was cut and I want to say it calmly. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I do not want to blame the company. What do you say?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 12 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
