Explaining a layoff without sounding bitter after 12 years as a dental hygienist

My whole team was cut and I want to say it calmly. Any experience at all would help. I do not want to blame the company. What do you say?

Say it plainly and move on to what you can do. Interviewers usually move on if you do.
