Our team was told about a closure date that is 11 weeks away. It has been weighing on me all week. Some colleagues are already leaving. Has anyone been through this?

The workforce board ran a rapid-response session for us with résumé help and information on benefits. Ask if yours will.

Write down key dates and keep copies of the notice. Mine helped when a question came up later.
