Did anyone get a WARN notice?, customer-service rep here

I received a formal notice about a mass layoff at my workplace. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. They offered a retention bonus for people who stay. What did the workforce office offer?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
