Our team was told about a closure date that is 12 weeks away. It has been weighing on me all week. Some colleagues are already leaving. Has anyone been through this?

The workforce board ran a rapid-response session for us with résumé help and information on benefits. Ask if yours will.

I stayed for the retention bonus and looked for work on the side. It cushioned the gap.
