Did anyone get a WARN notice? after 8 years as a social media manager

I received a formal notice about a mass layoff at my workplace. It has been a long 17 weeks. They offered a retention bonus for people who stay. Should I stay for the bonus?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.

I stayed for the retention bonus and looked for work on the side. It cushioned the gap.
