Did anyone get a WARN notice? after 4 years as a call-centre agent

I received a formal notice about a mass layoff at my workplace. This is my first time dealing with any of this. Some colleagues are already leaving. What did the workforce office offer?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 5 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
