Did anyone get a WARN notice? after 17 years as a medical assistant

Our team was told about a closure date that is 17 weeks away. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I do not know if I should start looking now or wait for severance news. What did the workforce office offer?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
