Did anyone get a WARN notice? after 16 years as a mechanic

I received a formal notice about a mass layoff at my workplace. There are 16 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Some colleagues are already leaving. Should I stay for the bonus?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
