Did anyone get a WARN notice? after 14 years as a copywriter

Our team was told about a closure date that is 24 weeks away. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I do not know if I should start looking now or wait for severance news. Has anyone been through this?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
