Did anyone get a WARN notice? after 11 years as an HR coordinator

My employer announced that the site will close and gave us written notice. It has been weighing on me all week. Some colleagues are already leaving. Should I stay for the bonus?

The workforce board ran a rapid-response session for us with résumé help and information on benefits. Ask if yours will.

I stayed for the retention bonus and looked for work on the side. It cushioned the gap.
