Did anyone get a WARN notice? after 11 years as a web developer

Our team was told about a closure date that is 22 weeks away. I worked as a web developer before this. I do not know if I should start looking now or wait for severance news. What did the workforce office offer?

I stayed for the retention bonus and looked for work on the side. It cushioned the gap.
