Did anyone get a WARN notice? after 11 years as a dental hygienist

Our team was told about a closure date that is 17 weeks away. I worked as a dental hygienist before this. I do not know if I should start looking now or wait for severance news.

I stayed for the retention bonus and looked for work on the side. It cushioned the gap.
