Did anyone get a WARN notice? - 16 weeks in

Our team was told about a closure date that is 16 weeks away. This is my first time dealing with any of this. They offered a retention bonus for people who stay. Has anyone been through this?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 14 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Write down key dates and keep copies of the notice. Mine helped when a question came up later.
