Did anyone get a WARN notice? - 13 months and counting

I received a formal notice about a mass layoff at my workplace. There are 16 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. They offered a retention bonus for people who stay. Should I stay for the bonus?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
