Did anyone get a WARN notice? - 12 months and counting

I received a formal notice about a mass layoff at my workplace. There are 18 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I do not know if I should start looking now or wait for severance news. Has anyone been through this?

The workforce board ran a rapid-response session for us with résumé help and information on benefits. Ask if yours will.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
