Checking my last day of health coverage (update)

HR said my health plan continues for a bit and I do not understand how. It has been a long 24 weeks. I have an appointment next week. What should I do about appointments?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 10 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
