Checking my last day of health coverage (update)

I am not sure what date my benefits stop after being let go as an accountant. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I do not want to be surprised by a bill. How did you confirm your end date?

Dental and vision sometimes end on a different date from medical. Mine did.
