Checking my last day of health coverage (update)

I am not sure what date my benefits stop after being let go as a home health aide. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I have an appointment next week. How did you confirm your end date?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
