Checking my last day of health coverage (update)

I am not sure what date my benefits stop after being let go as a software tester. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I have an appointment next week. Did coverage match what HR said?

Keep a copy of any coverage confirmation in case of later disputes.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
